According to Govind Negi, Global Head of Talent Management-North Americas, LATAM, Europe and India, 3 Pillar Global, Amazing Workplaces® supports organizations on nine pillars. And today in the event they particularly focused on one pillar that is learning and development. We had a rich panel which spoke about how L&D will be able to make an impact on the ROI of the business.

“I would like to thank Amazing Workplaces® and HR SUCCESS TALK(™) for conducting the event, which sits at the intersection of L&D and IT. The format, which was stories based, helped contextualize the challenges and future approaches the leaders should take to get the best out of their L&D initiatives. Technology will significantly impact the content, delivery, and workforce absorbing these contents and hence more in vogue than ever before,” stated Amit Trehan, Practice Head, AI-ML & RPA, The Judge Group.
