Mukta A2 Cinemas launches Bahrain’s first Drive-in Cinema

The Middle Eastern countries seem to be the first among the ones recovering from COVID-19. Mukta A2 Cinemas, an Indian Cinema chain with franchisees in Mumbai, Delhi and Bengaluru is now leveraging the zero lockdown restrictions at Bahrain. Mukta A2 Cinemas along with PICO, a well known event management group is gearing up to launch a drive-thru cinematic experience at the iconic Bahrain Bay.

The audience will be able to enjoy movies spanning a multitude of genre in the comfort of their seat alongside food, snacks and drinks, all while adhering to social distancing rules. As an added safety precaution, cars would be parked at a safe distance from one another and all transactions would be contactless through digital solutions.

Movies’ soundtracks will be played through on a dedicated radio channel which can be heard on their car stereos. There’s more, along with series of film nights, there will be stand-up shows, live music events, special performances etc. before the actual movie screening.

The experience will include movie tickets along with a generous food and drinks package. Added menu options with gourmet offerings like hotdogs, burgers, nachos, pizza etc. will also be offered.

Mukta A2 Cinemas is bringing movies to its audience with an old experience of drive-in movies, which has social distancing built into their very DNA.
