9X Media’s indie music label SpotlampE, has released an upbeat Punjabi track titled ‘Quarantine’ by popular rapper – Thoda Bai Pipi. Launched on 12th April 2021, ‘Quarantine’ will be available on SpotlampE and will also be aired on 9X Tashan.
‘Quarantine’ is a hard hitting song which highlights the singer’s experience about being in quarantine for 10 days due to the pandemic and how he dealt with the situation. The track also emphasises the importance of emotional well being during this trying times.
Speaking about the song ‘Quarantine’ singer Pipi said “It’s always a pleasure to collaborate with the team at 9X Tashan and SpotlampE. This is my third collaboration with them. ‘Quarantine’ song is extremely close to my heart. It talks about my experience of staying indoors for almost 10 days. It was the first time in my life that I spent plenty of time sitting idle in my room. I had no motivation to do anything and didn’t write anything due to the Quarantine pause. The COVID-19 pandemic has caused multiple changes in everyone’s life. It has altered our daily routines, created financial pressures and prompted social isolation. But it is really important to maintain a regular routine, limit news exposure, stay busy, and focus on the positive thoughts. It is only through emotional well-being that we will be able to fight the pandemic.”
Thoda Bai Pipi is the rapper, composer, lyricist & producer of the song Quarantine. The music is by Thee Emenjay and Music Video of ‘Quarantine’ has been directed by Robby Singh.
